I can’t find that specific piece of information, so I’m asking here: how long does it take @Castopod to compile data for analytics?

I can still only see data for my first episode, but not for the episode I published last Saturday (the 14th), it seems a bit weird?

@thelinuxEXP Castopod does not compile analytics data, there are updated on the fly. Data are cached so there may be a 1h latency but that's it. (You can delete the whole cache in Admin / Settings.)

@thelinuxEXP You can also enable OP3 then ask @js to give you access to OP3 analytics for your podcast.

@Castopod @js Very strange, then, I have 0 data for anything after the 13th of January!

@thelinuxEXP @js That is weird. Can you check your database? (In the cp_analytics_podcasts table for instance)
Chances are that there is an error somewhere… 😕 (Analytics errors don't prevent downloading)

@Castopod @js Sorry, I have no idea how to check that, or where the database might be located!

I installed using YUNoHost, and that’s about all I know about how things work! Maybe it’s because I had to restore a YUNH backup of Castopod after I performed an update, since the update made the index.css style sheet impossible to access.

@Castopod @js Ok, using mysqlcheck -A, looks like all databases return OK, so I guess no errors?
