@drq We are currently working on integrating the <podcast:liveItem> tag.
Please note that Castopod relies on the web server (Apache, NGinx…) and does not focus on delivering the live stream itself.
We would probably recommend something like Icecast for that purpose.

@Castopod Look at what Peertube did. They too use nginx for front proxying
