Who would be interested in accessing a Castopod demo instance for testing purposes?

About to try to set up #castopod on a shared hosting as a subdomain, so the subdomain name comes into consideration.
One option obviously would be castopod.domain.name and there for the consideration if "castopod" itself is a #tradeMark or if you consider to trademark it like mastodon did with it's name.
What are your thoughts on that?

Castopod is a trademark that we own.
If you use it for your instance (not to sell services) of course that is not a problem at all. On the contrary, it gives us visibility.

That would be the reason in the first place, as kinda thx.
Point is that it exposes to legal acction in the future. Like to say, the elongated buys adaures SA in a hostile take over (let that sink in!) and starts charging everyone that uses the name.
Or you get into legal trouble because some instance starts posting podcasts using the words deny, deflect, depose; or publishes stuff you wouldn't want to have your name related to.
