We've setup a Crowdin project to help translate Castopod!
Since the beta release, it is one of the most requested tools as a lot of you are eager to make Castopod international. 🌍
As of now, Castopod is fully translated into 🇬🇧 English, 🇫🇷 French and 🇵🇱 Polish.

Castopod now supports WebSub!
Podcasts are cool! But is there a way to make sure you don't miss a new episode when it comes out? WebSub is one of them.

@drq Indeed, but installing Peertube requires root ssh access on the server dedicated to Peertube only.
Castopod was designed to run on cheap and shared hosting: as long as there is a web server and myql, just unzip the package and you're good to go.

@drq We are currently working on integrating the <podcast:liveItem> tag.
Please note that Castopod relies on the web server (Apache, NGinx…) and does not focus on delivering the live stream itself.
We would probably recommend something like Icecast for that purpose.
